Do you also accept small items such as keyboards, mice, wires, speakers, CDs, DVDs, floppy disks, etc.?
Yes, we do accept each of these type of items as well. Since they are such small quantities, we do not charge for these items.
Do I have to place my items outside or do you come into my house or apartment?
We DO NOT enter your place of residence. All items must be placed outside of your door or in your driveway/yard.
What if I do not see my region listed?
If your region is not listed, simply contact us through the 'Contact Us' form with the region you are located in and we will try to accomodate you.
How do I know when you are coming to collect my electronic recyclables?
Once your payment is received for the materials you wish to recycle, we will contact you to let you know what day the electronics will be picked up.
Where do I place my electronics for you to collect them?
Once you are contacted with the day we will be picking the electronics up, you can place the items at the end of your driveway as you would with your regular garbage collection. If you have any special instructions for the pickup, you may specify them to us through the 'Contact Us' form.
Do I receive a receipt from your driver at the time of the pickup?
No, your receipt for the service is your email confirmation from paypal once you have completed the checkout procedure.
If I am a resident of one of the NYC Boroughs, do I put my items on the curb for pickup or will you come to my door?
If you are a resident of one of the NYC Boroughs you DO NOT put your items out on the curb. We will contact you directly and arrange for a door-to-door pickup service.
